RESERVATION OF LICENSE
Inventor hereby reserves a nonexclusive license to make, use, and sell any articles which are covered by the assigned patents which reasonably relate to the operations now carried on by inventor in [State the Appropriate Location] or which reasonably relate to any like operation which inventor may undertake in the future at any other location. This nonexclusive license however is only applicable to future operations which do not conflict with similar operations which are carried on by the assignee. This reserved license is not transferable without the prior consent of the assignee.
